The uncertainty. The worry. It can begin to wear us down. We're living in the fight-or-flight mode of our nervous system way more than usual.

Join me for this 5 day Stay-At-Home Retreat...where else would we do it?!

 Set aside some time each day to pause, move, breathe and reflect. Use this time to rest and reset. 

What’s Included:

Each day you will be given ways to nourish your SPACES. 

Stillness, Pause, Activate, Create, Engage and Surrender.

Each piece of the day can be done on your schedule.

Daily Zoom yoga classes designed to nourish your nervous system. Yin, Restorative and Vinyasa classes throughout the week.

If you can't make that time they will all be recorded for you.

Opportunities for breathwork, meditation, reflection, learning and stillness.
